So, um, we may have overestimated our free-time over here with 1 residency, 3 children, 1 pregnancy, 2 school schedules, some surprise illnesses, and the holidays. We are about half-way through Wings, which has only taken us about 3 months. Yeah, this watching all the Oscar movies project should be a walk in the park.....
But fear not and stay tuned! We have a brand new battle plan for January and will be back then with our thoughts on Wings. And perhaps some thoughts from the under 5 set. Do you have any idea how hard it is to plan time to watch a movie sans kids? It's like gearing up to actually make a movie. So, we may just let them watch some of these with us. Probably not the ones from the 1970s. Of course, if we continue at our current pace, they will be plenty old enough by then! Win-win.
Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, fellow audience members. Make sure to catch It's a Wonderful Life....or maybe A Christmas Story.....even Die Hard. Plenty of Christmas-theme movies to pick from; can't really go wrong.
Save me some of those Junior Mints. The popcorn you can keep. It just gets stuck in my teeth.
